FAQ

Ordering

  1. How do I order a cake/cupcakes?

Please fill out a request form in the "Ordering" tab.  I will get back to you as soon as possible to give a price quote, answer any questions, get further information and place an order.

  2. What is your payment policy?

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your order. The remainder is due upon receipt of your cake.

  3. What forms of payment do you accept?

I currently accept cash, personal checks and credit card payment through Pay-Pal.

  4. How far in advance should I order my cake?

At least 2 weeks notice is required so I can ensure that I have the time and supplies available.  The earlier the better to reserve your date!

  5. Do you deliver?

*Delivery arrangements can be made to the Seaford, Massapequa, Wantagh, Bellmore, Levittown and Hicksville area for an additional $10 fee.

*Delivery beyond those areas can also be arranged for a fee, depending on distance from the Seaford/Massapequa area.

  6. How are cake prices determined?

Since all of  my cakes are customized to you, I do not have set prices. Cakes are priced according to several different criteria. Factors that add to the price include: gourmet flavor or filling choice, cake sculpting, gumpaste and fondant decorations, detailed piping, painting, airbrushing, or other time consuming design elements.

  7. Are you a peanut-free facility?

We offer products that DO contain peanut butter.  While peanut oils are not used in general in our baking, we are NOT a peanut-free facility.

  8. How do I order Cake Pops?

Cake Pops can be ordered under the "Cake Pops" tab.  A minimum order of 1 dozen (of the SAME) flavor is required.

  9. How long do cake pops stay fresh?

Cake pops can stay fresh for up to 2 weeks at room temperature as long as they are kept wrapped up or in an airtight container.
